These Terms apply to purchases made directly through our websites and, where applicable, through third-party marketplaces including Amazon, eBay, TikTok Shop, Temu and other authorised sales channels.
2. Acceptance of Terms
By placing an order with DBL MAX Limited, you confirm that:

You agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and our associated policies.
If you do not agree with these Terms, you should not place an order with us.
3. Products
We take reasonable care to ensure that product descriptions, specifications, imagery, dimensions and pricing are accurate.

4. Pricing
All prices displayed on our websites are shown in Pounds Sterling (£).
Prices include VAT where applicable unless otherwise stated.
We reserve the right to amend prices at any time without prior notice.
In the event of a genuine pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund.
Promotional offers, discounts, bundles and voucher codes may be amended, suspended or withdrawn without notice.
5. Order Acceptance
An order confirmation email, payment confirmation or order acknowledgement does not constitute acceptance of an order.
Acceptance occurs only when goods are dispatched.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order where:

6. Payment
Payment must be received in full before goods are dispatched unless otherwise agreed in writing.
We accept payment through approved payment providers and authorised sales platforms.
Business credit facilities, trade accounts and alternative payment arrangements may be offered at our sole discretion and remain subject to separate agreements.
7. Delivery
We aim to dispatch orders within the delivery timescales advertised on the relevant website, marketplace or product page.
Delivery dates and times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
We shall not be liable for delays caused by:

Some orders may be delivered in multiple consignments.
Customers are responsible for ensuring delivery information is accurate.
Where delivery fails due to incorrect information supplied by the customer, additional delivery charges may apply.
Risk in the goods passes to the customer upon delivery.
8. Ownership of Goods
Ownership of goods remains with DBL MAX Limited until payment has been received in full.
Until ownership transfers, customers must not sell, pledge, transfer or otherwise dispose of the goods.
9. Consumer Rights
Nothing within these Terms and Conditions shall affect or limit any rights available to consumers under applicable law, including but not limited to the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.
Consumers purchasing online, by telephone or by other distance selling methods may have the right to cancel eligible orders within 14 days of receiving the goods.
Cancellation requests should be submitted in writing to info@dblmax.com.
Where cancellation rights apply, customers may be responsible for return postage costs unless otherwise required by law.
Refunds will be processed following receipt and inspection of returned goods.
Nothing within these Terms affects statutory rights relating to faulty, damaged, misdescribed or non-conforming goods.
10. Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Goods
Customers should inspect goods promptly upon receipt.
If goods arrive damaged, faulty or incorrect, customers should notify us as soon as reasonably possible.

Where a claim is verified, we may provide:

11. Standard Product Warranty
Unless otherwise stated in writing, DBL MAX branded products are supplied with a 12 Month Manufacturer's Warranty from the original date of purchase.
The warranty covers manufacturing defects arising during normal domestic use.
The warranty does not cover:

Accidental damage

Cosmetic damage
-
Fair wear and tear
-
Negligence or misuse
-
Commercial misuse
-
Improper assembly or installation
-
Failure to follow instructions
-
Unauthorised repairs or modifications

Damage caused by external factors
Proof of purchase may be required.
Where a valid warranty claim is accepted, DBL MAX Limited may, at its sole discretion:

Repair the product

Supply replacement parts
-
Replace the product
-
Provide an appropriate refund
12. Agri Barrow Lifetime Warranty
Selected Agri Barrow products are supplied with a Lifetime Warranty.
For the purposes of this warranty, "Lifetime" refers to the reasonable operational lifetime of the product under normal domestic, agricultural and equestrian use, as determined by DBL MAX Limited acting reasonably.
The warranty covers manufacturing defects and replacement parts resulting from such defects.
The warranty does not cover:

Normal wear and tear
-
Tyres, tubes and consumable components
-
Cosmetic deterioration
-
Accidental damage
-
Improper storage
-
Misuse or neglect
-
Commercial hire operations
-
Unauthorised modifications or repairs
-
Damage caused by overloading or improper use
DBL MAX Limited reserves the right to determine whether replacement parts, repair or replacement represents the most appropriate remedy.
Proof of purchase may be required.
This warranty is provided in addition to statutory rights.
13. Third-Party Brands
DBL MAX Limited may sell, distribute, fulfil or provide logistics services for products manufactured by third-party brands.
Any manufacturer warranties provided by third-party brands remain the responsibility of the relevant manufacturer unless otherwise stated.
Nothing in these Terms shall be interpreted as DBL MAX Limited claiming ownership of third-party trademarks, brands or intellectual property.
14. Business Customers
Business customers are responsible for ensuring products are suitable for their intended use.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, all warranties, conditions and representations implied by statute or common law are excluded except where they cannot legally be excluded.
Business customers must inspect goods immediately upon delivery and notify us promptly of any shortages, defects or damage.
15. Intellectual Property
All trademarks, logos, graphics, photographs, product descriptions, videos, website content and materials belonging to DBL MAX Limited remain the property of DBL MAX Limited or its licensors.
No content may be copied, reproduced, distributed or used without prior written consent.
Unauthorised use may result in legal action.
16. Website Use
Users agree not to:

Upload malicious software.

Interfere with website functionality.

Customers confirm they possess the necessary rights to any content submitted.
We reserve the right to remove content that is misleading, offensive, unlawful or inappropriate.

DBL MAX Limited is committed to protecting customer privacy and handling personal data responsibly.

Nothing within these Terms excludes or limits liability for:

Subject to the above and to the maximum extent permitted by law, DBL MAX Limited shall not be liable for indirect, consequential or incidental losses including:

Where permitted by law, our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the relevant goods or services.

21. Third-Party Marketplaces
DBL MAX Limited sells products through various third-party marketplaces including:

Purchases made through third-party marketplaces may also be subject to the policies and procedures of the relevant platform.
Where mandatory marketplace policies conflict with these Terms, the relevant marketplace policies shall prevail to the extent required.

If any provision is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
Failure by DBL MAX Limited to enforce any provision shall not constitute a waiver of any rights or remedies.
